WHY ME
What could you possibly see,
When you take a look at me.
Why do you always have that smile,
When with me for a long while.
You tell me that you miss me when I am away,
Always wishing I could just stay.
If I could change my situation,
I would lead you into temptation.
You have never expected anything from me,
And always making sure I stay happy.
I wish I could give you all you desire,
Your pure heart I admire.
It crushes me that I will have to leave again very soon,
And walk into the darkness lit only by the moon.
We both know what is waiting for me at the end,
Something neither one of us mend.
Why do I have to be forced to live this way,
I wish it was so simple to walk away.
